About Me.

I'm Mark Lemuel Badayos, a Cebuano born and raised real estate broker and appraiser working across the city I grew up in. I assist with preselling condominium and house-and-lot projects in Cebu.

I am the broker for buyers who already know what they want and need it done properly. Buying preselling is a five-year process, not a signature. I stay for all five.

My process runs on published standards, not verbal promises: a response within one working day, the full cost disclosed before you sign, and my own dated site photographs published every quarter.

I ranked 9th in the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination in April 2026, and 5th in the Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination that July.
