This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and how it's handled. It applies to marklemuelbadayos.com, operated by Mark Lemuel Badayos, Licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser (PRC License No. 0037619, DHSUD Registration No. R7-B-07/26-8756).

What I collect

When you submit an inquiry form on this site, I collect:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• What you're looking for (a home to live in, an investment, or still exploring)
• Any message you choose to add
• Which page you submitted the form from, and, if you arrived through a tagged marketing link, which campaign brought you here

This is the only information the site asks for. Browsing the site itself, without submitting a form, does not send me any personal information.

Why I collect it

I use this information to respond to your inquiry, follow up on your interest in a property, and communicate with you through the process of finding, reserving, and buying a property in Cebu. I don't use it for anything beyond that without telling you first.

Who sees it

I'm a solo practitioner. Submissions go directly to me, not to a team or call center. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with developers or anyone else.

If you decide to reserve a unit, you'll provide your information directly to the developer yourself, as a required part of their own reservation process. That's a separate step between you and the developer, and it's not something I do on your behalf.

Cookies and analytics

As of the date above, this site does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking scripts of any kind. If that changes, this section will be updated first, and a notice will be added to the site.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as you remain a prospective or active client, and for up to 2 years after our last contact. After that, it's deleted.

Keeping it secure

I take reasonable steps to keep the information you share with me secure, and I limit access to it to myself.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), you have the right to:

• Know what information I hold about you and how it's used
• Ask me to correct information that's inaccurate
• Ask me to delete your information
• Object to how your information is being used
• File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you believe your rights have been violated
