This site presents preselling condominium and house-and-lot projects in Cebu, and lets you reach me if you want to ask about one. It's informational. It doesn't process payments, hold reservations, or create any binding agreement between you and a developer.
What I do is match you to the property that fits your needs and vision, using my broker and appraiser licenses to give you numbers grounded in professional judgment rather than a sales opinion. That's not the same as financial, investment, or legal advice, and nothing on this site should be read as one. I'm not a lawyer, and this site doesn't interpret titles, ownership, or what a statute protects. For legal questions, consult a lawyer. For a decision this size, verify the numbers with your own bank before you sign anything.
Both prices and availability move. What's shown here reflects the information available to me at the time, and can change before you speak with me. Figures described as the developer's own, such as projected yields or appreciation estimates, come from the developer and are labeled that way because that's whose figures they are, not independent verification that a project is a good investment.
Computations and payment breakdowns shown on this site are estimates to help you understand the picture. Confirm the actual terms with the relevant bank or developer before signing anything.
The text, site photographs, and design on this site belong to Mark Lemuel Badayos unless stated otherwise. Property renders, floor plans, and other materials sourced from a developer remain that developer's property and are used to describe their projects.
